New, fast delivery service

Many of our customers enjoy free delivery of their SwimCount which usually takes 3 to 5 working days. We are pleased to announce that for customers that would like to receive their order quicker we are now offering the option of selecting the Royal Mail First Class service which costs an additional £4.95. Customers selecting this enhanced service would normally receive their order within 1 to 2 working days.

Your SwimCount test kit will be dispatched by JR Biomedical Ltd, a medical company based in North Wales that is the exclusive distributor for SwimCount in the UK. JR Biomedical is focussed on providing you with exemplary customer care and has been supplying medical diagnostics to hospitals and the general public since 2005.

For orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday we will dispatch your SwimCount test in robust, plain packaging marked Private & Confidential the very same day.

Please note that if you are not home at the time of delivery, the Royal Mail will leave a card with details for you to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time or alternatively collect your pack from your local Royal Mail delivery office.
