What is SwimCount™ SpermCare?

SwimCount™ SpermCare is a food supplement for men, which contains Selenium and Zinc*:

• Selenium helps maintain normal sperm production
• Zinc helps with normal fertility and reproduction
• Zinc contributes to maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood
• Selenium and Zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress
• 180 slow release tablets

In addition, SwimCount™ SpermCare contains Aronia extract, Lycopene, Coenzyme Q10 and vitamins.

How to take it and who can take it?

Recommended daily dosage for adults: 2 tablets taken together with food over a course of a minimum of 90 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

• For men aged 18 and over
• Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet   
• Store in a cool dry place                                                                               
• Keep out of reach of children

 When to take it?

If you have LOW sperm quality

If you have taken a SwimCount™ Sperm Quality Test and the result was LOW sperm quality, it is recommended to use SwimCount™ SpermCare supplements for at least 90 days as the chosen ingredients can help maintain sperm quality and thereby increase the chances of making your partner pregnant.

If you have NORMAL (Mid or High) sperm quality

If you have experienced the NORMAL (Mid or High) sperm quality result, we still recommend taking the SwimCount™ SpermCare supplements to keep the chances as high as possible to make a woman pregnant.

When finished using the recommended daily dose of the SwimCount™ SpermCare for at least 90 days period, we suggest taking another SwimCount™ Sperm Quality Test as the result of your sperm quality might vary.
